OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The Rutgers CSUCL has several opportunities available for individuals and organizations in New Jersey to experience valuable professional development and leadership training that all professionals need to manage more effectively. 

FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESSES
Managers that are interested in professional development training opportunities for themselves or their staff are encouraged to contact the CSUCL to schedule a program.  The Center can create custom leadership or executive management programs to suit the needs of all public, private, and non-profit institutions.

FOR SCHOOL DISTRICTS
New Jersey school districts wishing to create professional development opportunities for teachers, aspiring principals, or current school leaders in their districts are encouraged to contact the CSUCL for more information on the following programs:

• School Leaders Academy
• Teacher Development & Performance Institute

FOR STUDENTS
Latino students attending universities or colleges in New Jersey have the opportunity to receive leadership training in public policy from the CSUCL in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs’ Center for Hispanic Policy Research and Development.
