The CSUCL at Rutgers–Camden honored the service and contributions of Latino men and women at Rutgers during a special ceremony on October 2nd. CSUCL receives $250K Grant for Health Literacy Project in Camden 07/31/09

Center recognizes success of 2008-09 Rutgers student interns 5/11/09
Over 100 Rutgers students serving in CSUCL internships were awarded certificates during the Rutgers CSUCL’s End of the Year Recognition Ceremony on May 8th. These students, which include the 35 AmeriCorps graduates as part of Rutgers Jumpstart, completed over 300 service-hours in one of several Center initiatives. Click here to learn more

Rutgers CSUCL receives $400,000 grant from AT&T 02/25/09
The Center for Strategic Urban Community Leadership was the recipient of a generous four-year, $400,000 grant from the AT&T Foundation at a special ceremony at LEAP Academy University Charter School on February 25th. The grant, which was presented by AT&T New Jersey President J. Michael Schweder, will benefit the students, teachers, and parents of LEAP Academy by funding the CSUCL’s new High School Preparation Program. Click here to learn more
Rutgers MPA–Education Leadership track Accredited by TEAC 2/09/09
Rutgers-Camden’s Department of Public Policy & Administration’s Education Policy and Leadership Concentration became one of the only academic leadership programs in the country to be accredited by the Teacher Education Accreditation Council (TEAC).
